Applications for Enrollment are accepted at any time; placement is on a space available basis after each year's Open Enrollment Lottery (held on the second Thursday in March). Pursuant to Arizona State Law, charter schools may not retain a waiting list from one year to the next but must open enrollment to the public (if space is available) on an annual basis.
